I have a Masters in Instructional Systems Technology, which basically means that I design eLearning courses on Blackboard. I have an addiction to video games and books. My Mom gave me a sewing machine when I was in college and have been playing around with learning to sew since then.
A little bit about my family... I met my best friend and the love of my life when I was 23 and working as a bartender. After growing our family to include one min pin (Penny), one rescued dog (Dink), and a feisty cat (Tizzy) I got a nice surprise from my hubby. He proposed to me at the Eagles on Karaoke night by allowing me to buy the "winning raffle ticket".
We tied the knot on October 15, 2011 with a small outside wedding and reception. We postponed our honeymoon until the Summer of 2012 where we spent the time visiting Niagara Falls and then traveled to West Virginia for some whitewater rafting.
